Software Engineer

Contract

We are looking for a software engineer to help build AI workflows, web applications, and integrations for our clients. You will work on small focused teams (often just you and the founder), moving from discovery and planning through development and deployment.

What you'll work on

  • Custom web apps with backends that connect CRMs, email, scheduling, and other client platforms
  • RAG systems and internal knowledge tools
  • Voice receptionists and outbound calling agents
  • Email triage and workflow automation
  • Data analysis and reporting tools

Core stack

  • Python with Flask or FastAPI
  • JavaScript and React
  • SQL databases (Postgres, SQLite)
  • REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows
  • LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and prompt engineering
  • Modern AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor)

Bonus

  • Vector databases for RAG (pgvector, Pinecone, Chroma)
  • Voice AI platforms (Vapi, Retell, Twilio)
  • Workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
  • Data work with pandas
  • Deployment on Netlify, Vercel, or Supabase
